Fellow Woodcarvers, the 16th Oakhurst Woodcarvers Rendezvous will be held at the Community Center on April 6-12, 2025, in Oakhurst, CA. This special week of carving is guaranteed to be fun for the whole family, and we would like to extend a special invitation to you to come and join us.

There will be several different carving classes lined up. One registration fee will allow you to attend as many classes as you like, or you may choose to spend the whole week in just one class. All classes will be on a first come, first served basis.

Registration for the Oakhurst Woodcarving Rendezvous is $150.00 for a single person and $225.00 per couple (same household) for the entire week. You will need to bring your own knives, tools, wood burners, and equipment. The price also includes breakfast 7 am April 6, 2025; dinner on Sunday night 5 pm April 6, 2025; dinner on Wednesday dinner 5pm April 9, 2025; and coffee every morning. Also, on Friday night, April 11, 2025, we will have a potluck dinner. If you have any special food needs, please let us know on your application, and we will try to accommodate them. Last year, we had a great time during the potluck, and we hope you can join us this year. Please keep all your receipts so we can show the community how much is spent in Oakhurst. Also, only service dogs are allowed in the Community Center.

We have made lodging arrangements with Oakhurst Inn 559-683-8282 and the High Sierra RV Park 559-683-7662. Let them know you are with the Woodcarvers Rendezvous.
