Save the date: September 10 and 17, 2026, from 7 to 9 PM: Santa Clara Valley Carvers will introduce woodcarving to local Scouts from 11 to 17 years old to earn their Wood Carving Merit Badge. Adult scouts are also welcome.

The workshop will be from 7 to 9 PM in the main room, on the first floor.
Requirements
The student must be a registered scout, have earned their Tote’n Chip, and have a blue card approved by their scoutmaster. The uniform is Class-B. It would be helpful if scouts printed out the Wood Carving Merit Badge Workbook and brought it to the course.
Registration Form
The participation cost is $10, payable onsite, and it covers workshop supplies. The venue is available for up to 10 participants only. Please register soon if you would like to participate in the event.
